Pan-hispanic Spanish certificate

An international system of certification of Spanish as a foreign language has been agreed upon by the "Instituto Cervantes" and the presidents of Latinamerican and Spanish universities.
This system will establish a universal model of certification of Spanish which will be shared by all the Spanish-speaking countries worldwide. The universal certificate of Spanish for foreign speakers will unify evaluation methods for the granting of Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) at different levels of proficiency.
The "Instituto Cervantes" is the world´s largest official institution for the teaching of Spanish. Its headquarters are in Madrid, Spain.
